Due to the nature of our merchandise and travel products, all sales are final. Mujer on the Move Inc. does not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds of any kind on items offered for sale in our online store.

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. However, to ensure fairness for all our customers and maintain the quality of our products, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on any travel apparel or merchandise, unless required by law.

Damages And Issues​

​

Damage claims must be made 48 hours upon package arrival date. Please ensure to inspect all items in your order upon delivery and contact customer service immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please ensure to include the following in your email: order number, contact information, and photos of the item (required as proof of damage for us to issue a refund or replacement).

Mujer on the Move Inc. is not responsible for lost orders or those submitted with the incorrect mailing address. If your order has gone missing during the shipping carrier's possession, please contact them directly.

If Approved For A Refund

If approved for a refund by Mujer on the Move Inc., you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. However, please keep in mind that it may take some more time in some cases, depending on your bank or credit card company's time frame to process and post the refund. If more than 20 days have passed since we approved you for a refund, please contact us at:
