While we understand that plans can change, to ensure a seamless experience, we’ve outlined our Mujer on the Move Inc.'s Experience & Retreat cancellation and refund policy below.
Due to the nature of MOTM Experiences and Retreats (partnering with local businesses, artists, etc. buying products, food, etc.) Mujer on the Move Inc.'s booking cancellation and refund policies are strict. Please carefully review the details below before proceeding to book a Mujer onthe Move Inc.'s (MOTM) Experience or Retreat.
​​MOTM Experiences Cancellation Policy ​

Full Refund: You have 48 after upon booking a MOTM Experience to cancel for full refund. Unless you you book within 2 days before the MOTM Experience, then no refunds will be offered since we typically partner with other businesses or entities and must pay for things like art materials, snacks, etc.

Partial Refund: A 50% refund will be issued if the cancellation is made after 48 Hours of booking your MOTM Experience. Unless you book within 2 days before event, then no refunds will be offered since we typically partner with other businesses or entities and must pay for things like art materials, snacks, etc.

No Refund: No refunds will be issued for MOTM Experience bookings or cancellations made within 2 days of the start date of the experience.

​​MOTM Experiences Refund Process Policy

You can request to cancel your MOTM Experience by emailing us at experiences@mujeronthemove.com. In your email please include:

Your complete name (must match the name used for booking)

Your order number (if applicable)

Full name of MOTm Experience (e.g. MOTM x CDMX Bukemina Mariposa Monarca Art Workshop)

Date and time of experience

Brief reason for cancellation

Once your MOTM Experience cancellation request is made and approved by Mujer on the Move Inc., via email at (experiences@mujeronthemove.com), refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-15 business days. However, keep in mind that it may take longer to process due to your bank's own policies and time frames.
​​​​​MOTM Experiences Unforeseen Circumstances Policy

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme natural disasters, political instability, or other events beyond our control, we may need to cancel or modify your experience. In such cases, we will offer alternative arrangements or a full refund.
