Mujer on the Move (MOTM) is an emerging travel company & community that was established on October 2024. Created by Angelica Heredia, a first-generation Mexican-American and UCLA and Stanford University alumna, MOTM aims to authentically and safely connect Latinas and women (21+) to Latin America (LATAM) by providing exclusively curated short (2-10 hours long) MOTM Travel Experiences & small group multi-day travel adventures, MOTM Retreats.
All of our MOTM travel services uphold our values of safety, fun, community, and rich cultural connection with the people and cultures across Latin America. Our goal as MOTM grows and more Aventureras (our customers, women 21+) join our LATAM travel adventures is for every woman to experience:
